Agus Gazali Rahman was born in Marabahan, South Kalimantan, August 17, 1986. Agus Gazali was later better known as Chef Agus Sasirangan.

Agus Sasirangan was listed as a finalist in the first season of Chef Indonesia and won second place.

Since grade 5 of elementary school, Agus Sasirangan has learned about the culinary world, after his mother returned from being a migrant worker in Saudi Arabia and opened a typical Banjar food stall. From there Agus Sasirangan learned a lot about recipes and cooking skills from his mother. After graduating from high school, Agus Sasirangan won a cooking competition at his vocational school and received a scholarship from the State University of Malang.

After graduating from university, Agus left Banjarmasin for Surabaya to join the Master Chef Indonesia competition. Apart from being a chef, Agus Sasirangan is also a teacher at SMK Negeri 4 Banjarmasin. Now, Agus Sasirangan, who is the owner of Bancir Noodle Restaurant, is also the brand ambassador of Pizza Hut Indonesia.

Apart from Agus Sasirangan, there is also Fani, a beautiful girl born in Sampit on November 11, 1996 whose full name is Stefani Horison.

Fani's talent began to appear even before participating in the cooking competition hosted by  Juna Rorimpande. Fani even had time to sell food on campus, the results of her cooking are often appreciated by friends. In addition, Fani is an online food businessman in Sampit, Central Kalimantan.

Before joining the MasterChef Indonesia competition, Fani won a gold medal at the Indonesian Plated Dessert event.

After beating thousands of other finalists, Fani won the fifth season of Master Chef Indonesia.
In an interview with local media, Fani said the biggest motivation for participating in this cooking competition is that he hope her hometown, Sampit in Central Kalimantan can be known throughout Indonesia.
